FAQ / Contact

Magic truffles are the sclerotium of Psilocybin mushrooms, which is the plural of sclerotium, they are not technically the same as “mushrooms”. They are masses of mycelium that contain, In addition to fats and polysaccharides, the substances psilocybin and psilocin, and other nutrients in a low dose.

Microdosing psychedelics is the practice of consuming very low, sub-hallucinogenic doses of a psychedelic substance, such as psilocybin-containing truffles.

Cave paintings from 9.000 BC tell us that indigenous Saharan tribes in North Africa may have used magic mushrooms.

In the meantime, peoples such as the Mayans and Aztecs have used this natural product in religious ceremonies. Probably to get in touch with nature and to talk to the gods.

Microdose Psilocybin is for the self-conscious performer who wants to hack their productivity, creativity, and mood, to get more out of daily life. Whether it’s on a personal level of self-development, performance at work, or improving relationships with others.

Our Approach is to combine professional Psychotherapy with microdosing for achieving better results.

There are multiple factors you should consider, like your weight, height, age, and fitness which play a role in your tolerance, and in your body reaction in general.

It’s better to start with a low dose and build up gradually over time as you become more confident. The Principle is to find your adequate dose to enter your flow-state. It is recommended to book an Appointment with one of our Experts, to determine what would be the most suitable protocol for you.

At the start of the day, to be consumed preferably during breakfast or another meal. Swallow, do not chew, then sip water afterwards.

Driving while microdosing is possible. However, we recommend not to drive a car when you take a microdose for the first time, especially. Nonetheless, in terms of use, the responsibility for making such a decision is totally up to you. As soon as the microdosing is too overwhelming, you have taken too much and should definitely not participate in traffic.

However, if you take the right dose, it will improve your focus and visual acuity, which in turn may improve your ability to drive.

Microdosing can be a great attribute to your workout because it provides a boost to your cognitive functions, resulting in better sports performance. For example, you become more aware of your own body and can thus find a better pace in your workout routine.

With the correct dosages, athletes in top sports experience both an improvement in their endurance and in their sporting ability. Talking about concentration, coordination, balance, and reflexes. A word is even mentioned, the well-known flow state, a state in which time feels like slowing down and everything seems to go by itself.

Even the aftereffect can be quite sensational because microdosing can give a clear and relaxed feeling after a workout.

There is no physical addiction to Psilocybin. However, there could be psychological dependence, you should stay self-conscious to keep a diary for that purpose.

To maintain the effects and potency of fresh truffles, keep the packaging in the refrigerator at a temperature of 39.2 to 41ºF (maybe use Fahrenheit for US market?). Therefore, you can preserve the freshness of the mushrooms up to 3 months.

Recommended is to avoid freezing the packs as this might impact the quality of the truffle.

Alcohol can impact the effects of microdosing, hence the effects of microdosing disappear.

Multiple experts state that microdosing can be really beneficial for people with ADHD or ADD. It is one of the main reasons, why people intake microdoses, to increase focus and concentration.

Based on common sense, you could say that pregnancy is already a vulnerable period in life. So, when it comes to magic truffles, it’s worth considering whether you should give it a go while pregnant.

Therefore, we recommend not to intake Psilocybin during pregnancy.
